Looked nice but died in 2 years What a joke.

Man they really dont make them like they used to. My last microwave lasted 15 years and was I replaced it with this only because of a remodel. Terrible mistake apparently the screen died on this and now its almost impossible to use. Of course the warranty is only 1 year which should have been a clue as to how long they expect the machine to last.

Horrible service and microwave

I purchased this at the end of 2020. The display and light underneath kept blowing from the beginning of the second month. Asked for them to come out and they said oh we cant find the warranty info. After over six months of fighting to get them to replace it after the first replacement board blew within a week they came out again three months later and said oh it has mouse damage. Not covered. Totally understand that mouse damage would not be covered but that isnt what the problem was.

I bought this months ago and am so happy with it. Things cook so fast and with the adjustable heat setting it perfect. Also one of the marvelous feathers is the extendable vent I have a gas range and this vent protects my microwave from the heat produced and remove the odor quickly from my house.

Extendable fan works well

First let me start off with that I am a basic microwave user. That is I only warm up things in the microwave. I use the fan and over head light the most . My prior microwave broke and I could look for a quieter and stronger fan. This microwave has a stronger and quieter fan with a Turbo fan setting. I am thrilled with a feature that extends the fan function to the front burners. And the black stainless steel color worked for me as black was not a color option

I bought this 2 years ago and it has turned out faulty. My handle screws broke and the extended vent push out also broke from the screw. Lastly the motor broke. I called LG to have the microwave fixed and they said they couldnt send a technician out because I said it smelled a little like fire and its a safety hazard. In conclusion the microve lasted two years.

Worked great for 4 months then the circuit board went out. Only makes a low pitched growl nothing else. Salesman said it was top of the line. It takes Conns Appliances 2 weeks minimum to get to it.

Clean lines

Our LG has very clean lines Aesthetically. Had to take the racks out for more space. Very pleased with the operation. Controls are not where they would normally be but this is only from being familiar with our old models. They are easy to use we just have to get used to the location. Overall we are very pleased.

LG Microwave

This microwave matches perfectly with my double oven. I like the buttons at the bottom because I can actually see what I am selecting. Im short and our microwave it over the stove so it is easier for me to select what I want. I like the black stainless because to me it looks elegant in my kitchen

Had to replace my old broken one. This LG has a hood extender that stops the destruction of the door by shielding it from the heat of the stove while cooking. That is what broke over time from stove heat.

We love the size and the features. But it is stronger than any other microwave apparently. Any instructions I have to set the time cook for a minute lees from the minimum time otherwise it overcooks.. other than that I love ot

Quiet and easy to use

I bought this for my kitchen when I replaced all my appliances. I have had LG before and like their quality. This one does not disappoint. It is quiet and I like the tray on the bottom that can be pulled out to keep splatter from the oven from getting on it. Definitely would recommend this unit.

Wonderful microwave and more

We bought this unique microwave over a month ago and still dont think weve been able to use all of the fabulous features. This is a well designed and very user friendly appliance that not only makes efficient use of our kitchen but also adds to the look of the layout as well.

Over range microwave 2/8/2022

Bought this microwave about 7 months w. Absolutely love the the extended vent feature. Really makes a difference in controlling the vapors when using the front burners on the range. The microwave is great also with ease of use.
