Have been using this for a couple of weeks and love it. Fast even cooking. Bought a microwave popcorn popper and every kernel pops into a light fluffy popcorn. The reheating is quick and things are piping hot.

I bought this microwave to replace an older LG microwave. Pricing was the deciding factor but ultimately this microwave fits my needs. It doesnt have the same level of functionality as my last microwave the previous one had a sensor but many of those features were rarely/never used. It does have a premium look and feel and I do like that the clock numbers are bigger and brighter than my previous model. The only downside is there isnt a timer functionality built in i.e. setting a timer for something cooking on the stove but that wasnt a big issue for me.

I bought this microwave a couple weeks ago and have been very pleased with it to this point. One specific point is the beep isnt so loud that it will wake everyone in the house up. May not sound like a big deal but it is very much appreciated in our house.

The microwave caught on fire within 24 hrs of installation.
LG tech came out to repair a brand new appliance that obviously has some electrical issues. LG will not refund. They only offer a repair Absolutely the worst decision to go with LG product. Did not live up to the name

Not one store in Northern Indiana had this unit on display for us to visually see. It was sort of included in our package from Best Buy. Issue is the whole face of controls is black with no lit up push buttons thus meaning you have to turn on kitchen lights to see what buttons to push. Very disappointing. The energy button turns the visual clock light off. OH BOY

The microwave looks good and functions well but the touch screen needs to be illuminated to see the controls in low light. Also its loud when it starts which is a bit irritating.

We bought this microwave in 2020 and it already stopped working. We tried several calls to customer support to get the issue fixed and found out the magnetron is still under warranty. However LG insisted we still needed to pay for someone to confirm this and that their team had to be the ones to replace resulting in a repair that costs more than the actual product. We are instead spending the money to buy a brand new microwave from a different brand. After dealing with their customer service and seeing how they handle replacements we will be doing the same for all other future appliances.

We had a LG over the stove microwave that finally quit. It was an early model that was already installed in our used home purchase. The LMV1764ST was an equivalent direct replacement. Installation was a breeze especially with online videos available and removal of the prior microwave. Typically we dont use the majority of those special bells and whistles on past or current microwaves. Clock feature set time hit start ... soon you know the times that work for common food prep. LG does the job and we hope this unit will run for decades to come. Like most appliances quality simple and basic main purpose feature is typically the winner of our shopping dollars.

I got my over the range microwave in August and it been great until it stopped working. Get LG to service it has been a challenge. I was told they would come on a certain day and a time they didnt even show up and then they tell me I have to wait another week. Which put us at 3 weeks without a microwave. So hopefully the service actually show up on Jan 3rd.

Our old LG 2.0 CU. FT. sadly died. With Christmas approaching we had to find a new one. We purchased a new LG 1.7 CU. FT. OVER-THE-RANGE MICROWAVE OVEN. The price was great which made me a little nervous. Once it was installed we were thrilled. Had most of the features our old LG had but half the price. Work great and has a lot of power. The only thing we noticed not a big deal is that the venting comes on when the microwave is operating. Very pleased and will keep buying LG products.

I bought this microwave almost a year ago. Works great love the features. Only thing missing is it doesnt have a timer. After about 8 months the lights in the display panel began to flicker. It was covered under the manufacturers warranty and LG came out and replaced the control panel for free.

I bought this microwave about 3 weeks ago from Best Buy and had it professionally installed. On the very first afternoon it did not work - the turntable would not spin. I got onto a live chat with an LG representative. He created a repair ticket but would not commit to saying that any repair or replacement would be free even though I kept telling him that it was absolutely brand new. I then contacted Best Buy. A week later they came by with a new LG microwave and replaced the old one. The new one works so far

We love LG and my microwave malfunctioned after I burned my fingers pulling hot dish from our existing unit. As I burned myself with the microwave door openperpendicular to the microwave I jumped up from the pain driving my left shoulder into the bottom of the door so hard it deformed the door. After that the microwave only functioned if you closed the door hard and held the door tightly shut. I this point I ordered a replacement from LG. My old unit was a 1.8 ft3 and the closest I could order was a 1.7 ft3. The measurements looked equal so It appeared that it would fit. The lead time was lengthy but we managed to use it only when I was available. The unit was shipped exactly when it was scheduled and the shipping company was excellent. Removed the old unit leaving the wall shelf where the back lower microwave sits. Unboxed the new and put in exact same way. The top mounting holes lined up and I tightened them and plugged it in. Fit like a glove and runs great The replacement time was about 5 minutes. If it wasnt for clumsy me the first unit 6 years old would still be running
