This microwave is what I was searching for a family of 7. Its spacious and dependable. The food heats up fast without having certain parts of my food coke. The family is enjoying and the style makes my kitchen look amazing. The price was not expensive and well worth it.

I bought one for my office and liked it so much I bought on for my home. It is so simple to use i.e. minimal button pushing which drives me crazy having to push 15 feels like buttons to heat a cup of water I dont use a microwave to cook so I always get a small one minimalist talking here...

Excellent quality heats evenly and quickly relatively quiet. Good looking. However you can only choose cooking time in 10 minute increments...you cannot choose exact cooking time otherwise it would be perfect

So far its working great Even its a 1.5 cuff but its turning plate is the same size of the 2.2 cult. Everything was done perfectly when i needs a microwave. Can you believe that it also had 10 year warranty? other brand only have less than 5 years warranty.

Had the same microwave but with a slightly different model # that quit heating food 2 weeks shy of 4 years. The light turntable and fan were still working. Tried to call LG customer service but you only get an automated response. Tried LG ThinQ app for Smart Diagnosis feature no luck. Tried online chat but rep could only tell me what I had already read online and said I needed to schedule service. So it went in the trash and I bought a new one.

I bought this a few weeks ago. My other one was on the brink of not working.
I dont need a microwave that has an air fryer or other features. I bought this one because it has more power. It has 10 and 30 second times. Which is convenient for some of the cooking times. For instance tempering chocolate. I wanted a larger microwave to fit a steamer in for frozen vegetables.
Most of the cooking instructions are on the unit.
I really like the unit. It is perfect for my needs.

Nice sized microwave. Has a clear door area to see inside plays musical tunes to remind you that you have something heated in unit. Have to open the door to access the programming panel.

Heats food very well. It does get sweaty inside and leaves it wet but it dries fast sometimes I wipe with a paper towel to dry the inside. I will contiinue to keep an eye on that.

I am getting used to this microwave. It is very different from my old one. I am old and not tec savy so it is beyond me on a lot of the features. It is like asking what time it is and being told how to build a clock.

I bought this microwave in Feb. of 2022 and it quit working in Oct. of 2022 with one year warranty. Wal-Mart would not take it back. I contacted LG and sent them copy of my receipt from Wal-Mart. LG said my receipt was not sufficient . I will never purchase another LG appliance.

I bought this a couple weeks ago. I had to read the manual to learn how to use it as it has no visible controls. Very sleek and very smooth appearance and easy to keep clean.
I love the door. It shuts solid and strong. I recommend this microwave just remember it runs hot and cooks fast not like the cheaper models.

LG has come through again I have LG 65 and 75 TVs a LG Wing Phone a LG Oven LG Fridge LG Stove and when my old microwave went out of course I bought a LG Microwave and it is absolutely the best microwave Ive ever owned for so many reasons

Many of the things Im microwaving have to be cooked at a reduced power. You have to stand there with the door open to punch in the time and power level because the controls for anything other than 100 power have to be done with the door open. Not sure what the thought process is of having the controls hidden on the inside instead of accessible from the front. Also could use a fingerprint resistant coating.

Bought it about a month ago. It is different as to how to work the controls but I got it figured out. But its noisy - it rattles no matter if I have something on top of it or not. But as long as it works Im happy. It makes musical sounds like a Zelda game.

The unit buzzes like a screw is loose somewhere inside. Also setting the cook time is not a direct number input and takes an extra moment to press and hold then add/subtract time. Finally the power level is also not a direct numerical input. Otherwise seems to be working fine.

Bought this based on a high rating from Consumer Reports. They rated it very good for noise and ease of use. Quiet? No. It roars and the turntable rattles. Ease of use? Not really. Most of the controls are behind the door. Thats fine since you have to open the door to put anything in it. But why do I have to open the door to use the kitchen timer? The one function that you wouldnt have to open the door for. Other than that the sensor cook features like cooking frozen vegetables or heating a beverage seem to work well enough.

Only had this LG microwave two months when it quit heating. There was no way to repair it so I requested a refund via my warranty coverage. That was a difficult process to apply to and Ive been waiting for over two weeks for LGs response to my request.

We really miss lighting on the front. The paint will wear off too soon and we can hardly read the instructions. We were told it would light up once it was plugged in and we started to use it. But no. Not this one. It was still in the box so we had no way of telling.

I bought this on January 13 2022. I really liked the features and the inverter defrost worked GREAT.....then it just stopped heating anything. It runs and youd think it was fine except nothing gets hot or even warm. No problem right? It has a 10 year warranty....2 1/2 hours of phone calls and I still have nothing from LG except runaround.
As far as recommending - I would not recommend LG just because their after-sale service is non-existent....

We are pleased with our purchase as the unit is efficient and relatively quiet. One thing that takes some getting used to is programming the time. In our old unit you simply hit 3-1-5 for 3 minutes and 15 seconds. This one requires hitting the plus-minus buttons till you reach the desired time. Other than that its a good microwave.

The product is a good performer. It is a bit noisy and the case does rattle a bit when in use. It needs to have a better system to secure the case to the housing.

I bought the Microwave about two weeks ago. Its very quiet. Heats food all the way through without making the food explode all over the inside of the Microwave. Most of all I love my fluffy and cooked thoroughly eggs in the morning if I win this contest I want to buy a LG dishwasher. I already have a LG Refrigerator.

We were looking for a new microwave with about the same footprint as our old one. This LG is about the size of our old microwave but has a larger interior Smart Inverter technology intuitive control pad and with 1200W of power warms up food in up to 13 less time than our old microwave oven. We love it

I love our new LG microwave Its got a higher wattage than our old one ins an improved turntable The light is more in the front where it makes it easier to see your food as you cook it. I like the color of the interior as its gray not white so its looks cleaner even after use. Theres only two things I would change - put a vent it the microwave so condensation doesnt buildup on the inside- I either have to leave door open or wipe the interior down and the second thing is no push to open door but other than these two things I love the microwave. The biggest thin is the condensation during cooking
