Shipping & Returns

Effective Jan 1, 2022, a 2% convenience fee will be added to American Express charges. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or e-checks without fees. A 6% processing fee for canceled credit card transactions and refunds will apply.

  • We require a 50% deposit to place an appliance order, and the balance is due when the product arrives at our warehouse. The order must be paid in full to place a plumbing or housewares order.

  • When you place the order, we need to know what your earliest date is available to take delivery. We cannot hold products in our warehouse longer than 30 days after the date we were given. You must take delivery within that time frame. We can always deliver it to a garage or storage unit and install it later.

  • There will be storage fees if we agree to hold any orders longer. Fees will be based on the size of the order.

  • Orders are placed specifically for YOUR project. Returns require authorization from the manufacturer and must be in the original box and packaging. If approved, there will be a minimum restocking fee of 25% plus return freight to the factory.

  • Manufacturers are experiencing MUCH longer than normal lead times on products. Any quoted lead times are only estimates and are subject to change without notice. Most everything has a lead time of 3 months to 10 months. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

  • Appliance Installation includes one trip. If we have to make multiple trips because your space is not ready for installation after you scheduled the appointment, then you will be charged a $175 trip fee for each additional trip needed in the metro Atlanta area. Outside of Atlanta, it will be more based on location.

  • Guy Gunter Home does not modify cabinets or countertops and does not move electrical, gas, water, or ductwork. We do not install remote or inline blowers. Please be sure that your space is prepped according to the manufacturer's specifications before we arrive.

  • Please note: all product specifications or availability are subject to change without prior notice from the manufacturer or Guy Gunter Home.

  • Please note that all warranties are handled through the manufacturer. Guy Gunter Home does NOT service appliances. If service is required, you will need to contact the service company that covers your brand. We will not return appliances that need service. You must allow the manufacturer's suggested service company to diagnose the issue and allow them to resolve it. Only the manufacturer can authorize a return of any appliance.

  • NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

Installation

You and your contractor are responsible for ensuring the openings, outlets, water, and gas lines are correct to the specifications. Appliance Installation includes one trip.
